I specialize in grief and loss, life transitions, and challenges related to motherhood, including fertility issues and pregnancy loss. With a focus on a strong therapeutic relationship, my holistic approach helps relieve painful symptoms in the short term and provides the necessary tools to successfully face future challenges in the long term.
I love working with people who want to explore the big questions in life in order to truly understand themselves, develop healthy coping strategies, and create authentic lives that they love.
