I’m a licensed professional counselor and co-founder of Willow Therapy Collective, offering relational, trauma-informed therapy for adults across Pennsylvania and Delaware. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD/neurodivergence, pregnancy and postpartum mood concerns, infertility, PTSD, chronic illness, identity exploration, and major life transitions. As a neurodivergent woman of color and first-generation American, I value culturally responsive, identity-affirming care- creating a space where your full identity and lived experience are welcomed and respected.
My approach integrates modalities including, CBT, DBT, IFS-informed parts work, mindfulness, and somatic strategies to support both emotional insight and practical coping tools. Together, we’ll build nervous system regulation skills, explore patterns that no longer serve you, and move toward a life aligned with your values.
