I offer trauma-informed, relational therapy using an eclectic, integrated approach shaped by years of experience and ongoing learning alongside my clients. I provide neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+-affirming, and sex-positive care that is responsive to your life, your nervous system, and what you actually need.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy. I see healing as a process that unfolds over time, not something to achieve or rush.
