Being human is not always easy. Life can feel heavy, confusing, and just stuck at times; therapy does not have to be intense or overwhelming to be meaningful. I believe growth can exist alongside humor, lightness, and genuine human connection, and that our struggles do not define us or determine how our story ends. My goal is to offer a space that feels supportive, grounding, and real. As Carl Rogers said, "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

I am passionate about working with people who want to release themselves from toxic relationships. I specialize in narcissistic abuse recovery. In addition, I treat anxiety, depression, BiPolar Disorder, disordered eating, PTSD/trauma, substance use disorders, co-dependency, life adjustments/life transitions, chronic stress related issues and grief.

You do not have to face things alone. I'll be there with you the whole way to help guide you through your healing journey one step at a time, and at your own pace. I invite you to let go of the things that no longer serve you, or at least, loosen your grip. You matter! Please note-I am not seeing clients under the age of 18 at this time.
