Being a parent is one of the most difficult jobs in the world. Children need help in exploring their emotions, building relationships, and navigating life. All of this affects not only the children but the whole family. Together, we can work to promote healing and lasting positive change. I offer counseling in numerous areas such as: ADD, Anger Management, Behavioral issues, Attachment & Relationship issues, Complex Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression & Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Self-esteem, Trauma, and Spiritual Counseling. My specialty is children aged 5-17 and I enjoy bringing in the whole family for sessions.
I am passionate about working with children and their families from all different backgrounds. I utilize a holistic approach to counseling and as an LPC-A, I am under the supervision of Paul Bishop, MA, LPC, LPC/S - Director of Bridge of Hope Counseling Center (BOH) in Lexington.
