My approach is deeply rooted in attachment theory; focusing on developing a healthy bond to better facilitate trust and overall growth.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, depressive disorders, attachment/relational difficulties, behavioral disorders/challenges, adjustment or stress reactions, self esteem/self image, parenting skills and support, identity development, and working with the LGBTQAI+ population.
Please note that I am only seeing clients via telehealth & that I only treat clients from ages 3-30. My after-school waitlist is approximately 12 months.
