I am a Licensed Clinician, EMDR trained, with over 30 years of experience with combat veterans, survivors of military sexual trauma and civilians from all walks of life. I also specialize in childhood trauma, anxiety, depression as well as bereavement/grief. I have worked with veterans from WW II and Vietnam to those who have returned from Iraq and Afghanistan. I have a good sense of military culture; I have learned from the veterans. If you would like to work with an experienced, skilled clinician who can assist you in reaching your goals and letting go of the things that no longer serve you, please contact me.

I'm EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy) Trained. EMDR is a therapy that assists you in processing traumatic events so that they no longer interfere with your life. I am CPT certified. I also use a psychodynamic approach, which helps you understand how the past impacts the present and how to change maladaptive patterns of behavior.
