My therapeutic approach consists of using expressive art and therapeutic play techniques. I love to be creative with my clients. I give my clients a safe space to express themselves in ways they may not be able to vocalize. I also have experience working with Cognitive Behavioral and Person Centered Therapies.
My interests include working with children, adolescents and young adults. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and women’s issues. I am also able to offer faith-based therapy using Christian-based models. A fun fact about myself: In my free time, I love to sing and play board games with family and friends. Family is very important to me!
