About
I want you to know that I see you. I see you hurting. I see you doing your best to get through your day, feeling like you’re failing. I see you struggling and fighting anyway. You smile, you keep pushing. You stuff down all the fear, the anger, the stress, the pain, and you put on a brave face. But it takes a toll. That's where I can help. It doesn’t have to feel this bad and you don't have to do it alone. Together we can create a safe space where you can process your feelings, build resiliency, develop strategies to help you practice self-care, and build healthy boundaries so you can feel better.
I use empathy, compassion, humor, and an ability to listen deeply to help individuals struggling with many different challenges. I work using a combination of attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and play therapy. All of these theoretical orientations focus on building the relationship between the therapist and client to help healing.
My practice is focused on creating a safe space for you to feel your feelings without fear of judgement or shame. Healing through connection. You can go on my website for more information and contact me for a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your individual needs. I can't wait to meet you!
