I strive to create a warm, affirming, and authentic therapeutic space where we can safely explore and gain insight into challenges and patterns. Therapy is collaborative, with the understanding that each individual is the expert in their own life.​ My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and eclectic, drawing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and relational techniques tailored to each client. My goal is to create space for insight, self-compassion, growth, and a little humor.
I find joy in supporting clients as they navigate identity, self-worth, depression, anxiety, impacts of trauma, relationships, sexuality, and life transitions. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds and identities.
