About
My ideal client is a client who is ready to do the inner work they need to be their best, most fulfilled selves. I have a heart for mothers and other women's issues as well as the desire to be an advocate for those who are unable to or unclear on how to advocate for themselves but want to learn.
As a clinician, my goal is to help you meet your goals, whatever they might be. I utilize an eclectic approach that although dependent on client needs relies heavily on building trust, amplifying current strengths, and incorporating cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques when beneficial.
Are you struggling to be your most authentic self? Do you have a hard time establishing and maintaining boundaries? Are you facing new challenges as you embark on new chapters in your life? If so, let me help you navigate along your journey.
