I specialize in helping children, teens, and women who are struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, emotional regulation, and life transitions. As a Registered Play Therapist in College Station, I provide play therapy for children as young as 3 and work with parents who want to strengthen their relationship with their child. I believe healing happens within the context of trusting and safe relationships, and I strive to create an environment where clients seen, cared for, and genuinely understood.
I am comfortable and experienced in working with a wide array of clients. I especially love the opportunity to help parents build a stronger connection with their children, support new moms as they adjust to motherhood, and walk with those experiencing anxiety as they break free from perfectionistic tendencies.
