I incorporate a client centered approach with all clients because I believe each client is the expert of their own lives. I care deeply about providing a trauma-informed and culturally aware environment that respects the uniqueness of each client's experience and allows for a collaborative approach to the healing process.
With a strong background in dance, I specialize in helping dancers and other athletes manage the unique stress that comes along with high performance environments. I integrate evidence-based interventions tailored to the needs of each specific client to provide holistic care. I also work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and ADHD.
I am honored to walk alongside clients as they embark on their healing journeys. I respect the resilience and wisdom of each client and am rooted in curiosity, empathy, and genuine caring to foster a therapeutic relationship that can help build the awareness and tools to help manage the pain in life but that also help to fully embrace the joys of life.
