Currently accepting new clients. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in trauma treatment—particularly relational and childhood interpersonal trauma—as well as depression and anxiety. I work with young adults (18+) and adults, drawing on psychodynamic and interpersonal therapies to help clients understand and change patterns that affect their mental and emotional health.
I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy that uses bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess distressing memories and reduce the emotional impact of trauma. I am bilingual in English and Portuguese and bring extensive multicultural experience to my practice.
I know that beginning therapy can feel like stepping into the unknown, and you don’t have to do that alone. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you can feel safe to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.
