I enjoy working with children and adolescents, adults, couples, and families through their traumas, depression, anxiety, stress, behavioral concerns, emotional balancing and much more. I love helping people meet their goals and we can work on that together in therapy. I also am trained in EMDR! I use many therapeutic approaches and adjust if needed.
