Life is often difficult and unexpected. Relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and all sorts of other stressful situations can distract and disorient us from the healthy, joyful, and full lives we desire. Being with clients of all ages through seasons of difficulty, major life changes, depression, anxiety, and stress is one of my greatest honors. Sometimes, you need an unbiased person in your life to offer a safe place to process and equip you with tools to help ease your stressors. You want tools to feel better and make sense of what is going on. I want to help provide that.
I enjoy walking with individuals of all ages toward their goal of a healthy self and believe that even children as young as 3 can benefit from a safe place to process their worlds. My non-judgemental, welcoming, and compassionate approach remains the same with all clients while I customize the tools I use to your unique needs and circumstances.
While counseling can feel intimidating, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space for clients to process the rollercoaster moments of life.
