Hello! My name is Juliana and I love working with folks who have been to therapy, know the therapy jargon or tools, but are still dysregulated and longing to feel grounded. I am passionate about bringing hope into the lives of those with mental health issues and distress in their relationships. Whether a life transition has a part of you feeling anxious and unsteady, or relationship problems are all consuming, I am committed to creating a safe space for you to explore thoughts, emotions, and somatic experiences. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Nashville, TN, where I offer individual, couples, and family therapy.
My interests include depression, anxiety, couples therapy, self esteem, spirituality, and trauma. My approach is holistic and integrative, focused in Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness practices, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and EMDR. I am Level 1 certified in IFS, and particularly love using this approach in the therapy room.
