Hello! My name is Juliana and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Nashville, TN, where I offer individual, couples, and family therapy. My approach is holistic and integrative, focused in Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness practices, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and EMDR which are evidence based and shown to help individuals and couples find healing.
