I enjoy working with clients who are seeking deeper and more authentic connections. If you find yourself wondering who you really are beneath the mask, feel like no one knows the "real" you, feel out of place in your body, feel uncertain about what you want from life, or are struggling to navigate relationships, we may be able to do good work together. I love supporting clients in coming to understand themselves better, strengthening relationships with others, developing coping and self advocacy skills, and in navigating major life changes. I'm particularly passionate about supporting autistic clients navigating emerging adulthood.
I will use art therapy, somatic (body-mind) therapy, and parts work to help you explore your feelings more deeply. If you've found barriers to fully expressing yourself in talk therapy in the past, you may find these methods to be more helpful. It's alright if you haven't touched an art supply since childhood, and there's no specific skill set required.
I know that authenticity can be difficult, especially if you've ever been made to feel othered. I believe that you deserve a healing space where you can show up as your full self. Groups
Trans+ Art Therapy Group
This ONLINE group will run weekly, starting March 11, 2025. This is a trans-led and trans-centered art therapy group for transgender, nonbinary, genderqueer, and questioning adults. This group is focused on community support, connections, and collective empowerment. No prior art experience is necessary. Each session will cost $32, with limited sliding scale options avalible for those who need it. Please feel free to reach out by email for more information or to register!
