I aim to provide a space that is inviting and safe to help you begin to take a deeper look at some of the challenging situations you may be dealing with. As we develop a closer relationship with your inner system, we can begin to examine alternative perspectives that may be the key to achieving a more grounded and balanced way of living.
I have formalized training and experience in treating a variety of mental health conditions but specialize in:
LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, counseling to those living with HIV/AIDS & therapy to those who may be experiencing cultural burdens as a result an identity they hold such as queer identifying, BIPOC, or those living with a disability. I'm an ally & member of the LGBTQ+ community & enjoy supporting others as they navigate their sexual and gender diverse identity.
My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where you can feel empowered to explore and process difficult thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and life events.
