About
Living life on this side of Heaven means enduring hardship and suffering. I believe that the therapeutic process is one that can bring great healing as we all walk through our own life's valleys. As a therapist, I utilize an integrative approach that combines my Christian beliefs with researched-based counseling practices. I strive to create a safe environment for clients that places a high emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and the client's own worth as an image-bearer of Christ.
I have had the opportunity to work with people of all ages and demographics.I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families through issues such as depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, life transitions, and self-image. I have a particular interest in adolescents, college students, and young adults.
I am a Jackson native and love living here and serving the area as a therapist. Some of my hobbies include traveling, cooking, sports, and going on long walks with my golden retriever, Noah.
