I see individuals of all ages, families, and couples seeking help with depression, anxiety, relational struggles, life transitions, and more. I am also passionate about working with people recovering from trauma, living with neurodivergence, and those working through spiritual or existential questions or deconstructing some other areas of their life. I am skilled at discerning the spiritual and emotional needs of her clients and tailoring the therapy I provide for each client.
Hearing my client’s stories and perspectives is what I love most about my work. As a therapist, I have found solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and emotion-focused techniques most helpful and impactful with my clients. I believe in collaborating with my clients, the experts on their lives, to best support growth, understanding, and healing.

My casual and grounded personality in conjunction with my “let’s get to know each other” conversational approach makes for a safe environment. While I am intentional, committed, and appreciative of the vulnerable work my clients come to me for help with, I'm also aware of the benefits of humor.
