About
Adolescent and young adult behavioral health can affect the whole family. I specialize in adolescent substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and the full spectrum of adolescent behavioral health. Building a strong alliance with an accepting, positive and energetic therapist can make a big difference during the promising yet vulnerable adolescent years. I enjoy helping teens discover how the disappointments, conflicts and setbacks they face during this period can be opportunities to get back on track or even take life to the next level.
Working alongside nationally respected researchers, I have been part of the development and application of the most up-to-date treatment methods for a wide range of adolescent-specific health care needs, with a focus on integrated substance use treatment.
I offer individual sessions, parent and family sessions to help you forge a path away from the struggle and toward embracing the next phase of your journey. My goal is to help adolescents live their best lives. Whether you are eager to start therapy or hesitant to begin, I can help. Reach out today for a free phone consultation!
