I am here to offer hope and support while you transition into the next phase. I enjoy working with professionals in the healthcare field, first responders/law enforcement, and teachers/educators. I am a certified compassion fatigue professional and I am certified in NDIT (trauma treatment). I also have training in grief/loss. During sessions we can develop a plan to move through emotions skillfully while learning to cope with the new life phase. We can use trauma treatment to address emotional triggers.
As a professional caregiver myself, I can empathize with the burnout and secondary trauma you may experience. We have to take care of ourselves so we can care for others. If you would like to build a resiliency plan please contact me and we can start the journey.
