About
Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and burned out? Feel like you want to make changes but don't know where to start? Looking to connect and feel more embodied? Have more energy and feel better about yourself and your place in the world? I offer a safe space where we integrate mental health therapy with yoga therapy, mindfulness and movement. The Enneagram Personality Profile is another tool I use with clients which creates the foundation of understanding who you are, what motivates you and how you deal with stress. My treatment style is solution-focused, positive, and strength-based. I believe the body can help heal the mind.
I am currently working on my Level 1 EMDR certification. EMDR is a type of therapy that can help us move past traumatic memories so we are better able to live in the here and now. It is commonly used to treat Post Traumatic Stress and other trauma.
