Hello and welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Whether you're experiencing existential anxiety about the state of the world and current politics, haven't been intimate with your partner/spouse in way too long, or are in the early stages of recovery, I'm here for you.
My main goal is to help you feel better quickly. With 15+ years of experience in the mental health field and extensive training in multiple modalities, I work with adults with anxiety, depression, and substance use. Since early COVID days, I've worked frequently with frontline healthcare workers. Additionally, I offer LCSW supervision.
I celebrate all genders, sexual orientations, religions, and relationship configurations. Reaching out by email is best. I look forward to hearing from you!
