I'm a therapist for life transitions, trauma, and sexuality. If you struggle to self-actualize within a specific context or struggle with specific memories, I'm probably a good fit for you. I love finding clients' personal truths and especially enjoy helping people appreciate their nuances and ask for what they want. I'm in my mid-40's and enlist "beginner's mind" as well as professional experience and theories. I work hard and get into details!
I primarily use Interpersonal Process to deepen inquiry, develop hypotheses, and track patterns. As a Certified Sex Therapist, I often meet people who have libido concerns or other erotic conflicts. I provide sex positive support while also being sensitive to the effects of negative sexual experiences. I use EMDR to help people process trauma.
Our meetings include an assessment of your personal strengths and social ecology. You can expect an individualized and transparent therapy process.
