I often integrate Creative Arts Therapy into sessions, especially when verbal processing feels difficult—because sometimes, words simply aren’t enough. My goal is to support you as we co-create a treatment plan that honors your unique needs and strengths. Together, we’ll build an approach that feels safe, supportive, and grounded in meaningful emotional work
I practice from a trauma-informed lens and have experience working with children and adolescents with psychiatric diagnoses, IEPs, and ASD, as well as adults navigating substance use disorders.
