Counseling with a healthy dose of sarcasm, swearing, and authenticity. We all know that life isn't easy. Everyone of us is challenged whether it's everyday life struggles, anxiety, parenting, postpartum depression, relationships, or other mental health concerns. The strain of these stressors can build until you find yourself completely exhausted and overwhelmed. It takes strength to recognize that you need a little help. I'm hoping to help clients who are willing to be challenged, are seeking empathy, and are ready to make changes. It is my hope that clients can leave therapy feeling more centered and more capable to face life.
As a therapist, I strive to make clients feel heard and understood. You can expect empathy and understanding during our sessions while we focus on challenging ingrained thought processes and negative core beliefs. I specialize in maternal mental health, anxiety, and trauma and it is my goal to help you access the best version of yourself.
