Accepting new clients! I love being able to help fellow members of the LGBTQIA+ community cultivate ways to better themselves and their lives. I love being able to be open and honest about my identity and values in my professional work, and love being able to help others to do the same. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community, the disability community, gender diverse individuals, individuals struggling with life transitions, chronic pain and illness, self-esteem or body dysmorphia, traumatic experiences or generational trauma, and anyone looking for a safe, non-judgmental space to vent.
I'm a LGBTQIA+ and relationship affirming (i.e. ENM) therapist. I am queer and very open about my queer identity because my hope is that in living my full, authentic life, it'll be easier for you to do the same. Identity and labels can be very important to us as individuals. I want to help you explore any and every aspect of your identity you are open to.
My own experiences with my family members have helped me gain insight into ableism, xenophobia, and classism. This lived experience has helped me become competent in the difficulties of generational trauma. Additionally, I have always been a plus-size individual; I encourage body acceptance and a 'health at every size' mentality. Let's get started!
