They may be experiencing emotional disconnection, recurring conflict, trauma, anxiety, or a loss of intimacy, yet they are motivated to grow rather than blame. They want to feel secure, respected, and deeply connected without losing themselves in the process (or work to find themselves)! Together, we work to slow down reactive cycles, strengthen emotional regulation and communication, and rebuild connections.
I work with individuals, couples,&families who want more clarity, chang, peace, and healthier patterns in their daily lives. My approach is collaborative, honest, and compassionate. I won’t judge you, take sides, or tell you how you “should” feel. We’ll slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, & begin on building trust.
