I'm currently working with adults, couples, teens, and parents on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. While therapy looks a little different for everyone, a lot of the work focuses on understanding and healing trauma, exploring boundaries and tools for healthy communication in relationships, and gaining in self-knowledge and acceptance.
