I am not accepting new clients at this time. As a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW), I have been supporting individuals and families for over ten years both in person and via telehealth. I have helped individuals manage symptoms of anxiety, depression and grief, as well as helping individuals navigate life’s difficult transitions such as retirement, divorce, relocation or death of a loved one.
I use an integrated approach in the assessment of presenting symptoms and develop a strong therapeutic alliance as the clients as I develop treatment goals and a treatment plan. I have employed tenets of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement (EMDR) in addressing symptoms and attaining goals.
