About
I promote a warm, non-judgmental space to support clients as they work through challenges that they may be facing. I have helped clients struggling with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, substance use, trauma, low self-esteem, stress management, and more. My goal in the therapeutic relationship is to help individuals navigate life’s changes and struggles, achieve greater peace, and enjoy their unique process along the way.
I use a person-centered and holistic approach to treatment that combines elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness. I have worked with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples with co-occurring disorders.
With the understanding that finding the right therapist and beginning your therapeutic journey can feel overwhelming, I encourage potential clients to take the leap and schedule the initial assessment. This provides an opportunity for clients to ask me questions and discuss any concerns openly before committing to therapy.
