Is your child struggling with emotions or finding their place at school? Do you feel weighed down by your own emotions and relationship challenges? I help adults and children ages 7-13 navigate the complexities of life and to find their confidence again. I work with adults who struggle with interpersonal relationships, codependency, and difficult emotions. I have worked with a variety of people from different backgrounds and cultures, but have found a niche in working with medical professionals and law enforcement. I work with kids who struggle with peer relationships, finding their place in school, and coping with life changes.
For children, the therapy room is a fun and safe space where we incorporate creativity and their interests. I utilize evidence-based play therapy, mindfulness, and ACT therapy.
With adults, I use a unique blend of hypnotherapy and IFS to develop inner harmony, heal your inner child/subconscious wounds, and access your true self or your soul.
