If you’ve tried to work on your burnout, anxiety, emotions, or relationship patterns but still feel stuck, there may be deeper patterns underneath. I help clients get to the root of these struggles by going beyond traditional talk therapy and working with emotional and subconscious patterns that keep you stuck. I specialize in adults with anxiety, relationship difficulties, codependency, and overwhelming emotions, as well as medical professionals/law enforcement experiencing burnout and stress. I work with children and teens on anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions. I offer SAP evaluations for DOT clients as well.
For children, the therapy room is a fun and safe space where we incorporate creativity and their interests. I utilize evidence-based play therapy, mindfulness, and ACT therapy. With adults and teens, I mostly use a unique blend of hypnotherapy and IFS to develop inner harmony, heal your inner child/subconscious wounds, and access your true self.
