I want to get to know you and your individual experience, and let that guide and inform our work together. I offer an authentic and collaborative therapeutic relationship, promoting deep exploration of difficult experiences and feelings as an important part of healing. Therapy is a place to openly explore what's been troubling you and engage in meaningful conversation towards resolution, renewal and a more holistic sense of self.
I bring knowledge in areas related to relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, social fears, addiction, anger, parenting, and confidence/self-esteem. I believe in listening well, keeping an open mind and heart, and fostering genuine working relationships. I carry with me much personal healing and a dedication to the transformative nature of this work.
My recent experience and ongoing training is in Jungian Psychology, a theory which honors artistic expression, image-making, and dreamwork as an important aspect of therapy. Please reach out with questions about this. I'm happy to connect!
