About
I am passionate about coming alongside you and supporting you on your therapeutic journey. I enjoy working with individuals and couples, especially those who have anxiety, depression, have experienced domestic abuse and/or are struggling with perinatal concerns. I know from my experience working with these populations, that healing can happen.
I have experience working with both survivors and perpetrators of domestic abuse and am certified in working with domestic violence. I have also worked alongside pregnant and postpartum mothers and am trained in perinatal mental health issues.
I bring warmth and authenticity into our sessions and support you on your journey to healing. Starting therapy is a big step and I look forward to supporting you through it.
