Hey! My name is Julia, and I am here to help you transform your life. My therapeutic approach is humanistic goal-oriented. I aim to make my clients feel fully seen, heard, and understood. I understand that going to therapy is not always pleasant, so I incorporate art therapy and movement-based interventions to help increase my clients’ window of tolerance over time. I utilize trauma-informed techniques to teach my clients how to regulate themselves when they are triggered. My approach incorporates working with the shadow self and integrating parts that have incurred trauma. I look forward to helping you heal!
I am passionate about helping adolescents, teens, and adults with their mental health struggles. I specialize in treating Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD) and sexual disorders. My background is in evidence-based and contemplative practices such as Gestalt, CBT, DBT, and ACT. As a Certified Health Coach, I offer a holistic approach to healing core wounds.
