Are you struggling with emotional or sexual intimacy in your relationships? I can help individuals who are stuck in unhealthy patterns and who want to have greater fulfillment in connecting with others. I enjoy helping adults address trauma, sexuality or intimacy issues, and coping with depression, anxiety, mood, and personality disorders. I also help individuals who are new to kink or polyamory, and who want to incorporate these aspects of themselves into their healthy sexuality. I enjoy helping others find freedom from sexual shame!
Past clients would describe me as being personable, humorous when appropriate, and insight oriented in my approach. I believe that positive, healthy relationships are where true change can occur. I use schema therapy and psychodynamic approaches to help couples and individuals find greater trust, satisfaction, and intimacy. LGBTQIA+ and sex worker ally.
