About
The first step to living fully is to reach out for support. I offer a compassionate, gentle, & open, mind and heart. I am simply the guide for my clients. All human beings have the power to transform their lives if only you can take the first step. Join me. Prior to my opening my own private practice, I have had experience working as a primary therapist within a residential treatment center, treating those with severe mood, thought, and personality disorders. I also have experience working as an Individual Therapist in a private practice setting, working with all populations, children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Some of my specialties include, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), Strength-Based, Trauma-Focused, Person-centered, Re-orientation and Re-education
I am warm, intuitive, and insightful. I create a safe space of understanding and compassion to promote relaxation and comfort, so you are able to fully express yourself. This safe space allows you to confide, heal, grow and change. You can move through your struggles and challenges. Hope is found here.
