It’s completely normal to feel unsure, or even a little nervous, about starting therapy, especially if you’ve had experiences where you haven’t felt seen, heard, or safe. If you're navigating trauma, identity questions, chronic stress, or relationship challenges, you’re not alone. I work from a person-centered, trauma-informed perspective that affirms your lived experience and honors your pace. Together, we’ll create a space where you can show up as you are, explore what healing looks like for you, and move toward meaningful change, on your terms.
I provide therapy for couples and individuals, tailoring evidence-based approaches to your values and needs. My couples work draws from the Gottman Method and ACT to support connection and effective communication. With individuals, I use ACT, EMDR, and CBT-E to address traumatic experiences, eating disorders, and depression.
Whether you're trying to figure out who you are, looking for some relief from emotional pain, working through past trauma, or wanting to improve your relationship, I’m here to support you every step of the way. There comes a time when surviving is no longer enough. Choosing to seek help is choosing yourself, your healing, your growth, and your future.
