Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist and have been practicing for over 7 years working with individuals, couples, families, and minors. I specialize in issues including anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, self esteem, trauma, women’s issues, and family issues. I primarily employ attachment based theory and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I feel strongly that all individuals deserve to feel and experience their best selves, no matter what has happened in their lives. We have one life, and I want everyone to feel that they can make the most of it.
My communication style is friendly and receptive. I create an inviting environment free of judgment where my clients feel encouraged. I also use direct communication and humor when it is appropriate for our sessions. I work with clients to identify and work towards goals. I want to be part of helping those around me be their best self.
