About
Each of us go through different seasons in our life where change can happen unexpectedly. At times there can be so much pressure to be successful personally and professionally and sometimes it can be challenging to be our authentic selves. Past or present circumstances can leave us feeling stuck, confused, fearful or hopeless. Those feelings are valid and it is important that they are heard and understood. I am a strong believer in the power of therapy where an individual can truly be their honest self. We all deserve a safe place to be open about our history, our emotions, and our dreams and I am here to offer that space.
I have extensive experience working with LGBTQIA individuals, service members and their families, maternal mental health, and individuals who have depression, anxiety, as well as relational and parental challenges. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, safe place for you to work through some of life’s biggest challenges.
Together we can find ways to cope so you feel strong, confident, and heal in ways you didn’t think were possible. Each individual is unique and therefor the therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities I use will be specifically tailored to your needs and goals. I believe we can work together to find a sense of HOPE, positivity, and true happiness.
