I practice a unique combination of counseling and hypnotherapy. The transformative potential of this approach comes from working on mental, emotional and subconscious levels to foster change and progress. Hypnotherapy helps to reprocess fears, traumas and old patterns on a subconscious level. Counseling helps with learning new helpful behaviors, emotional skills and with strengthening personal foundation by building confidence, trust and setting direction. My clients have an active role in their healing process. During the sessions I introduce new tools and strategies. In between the sessions clients apply and practice them.
There are 4 main areas of my therapy work: 1. Personal transformation and improving life; 2. Life change or specific issues (anxiety, trauma, insecurity, relationships, anger, guilt, self-criticism, codependency, and others); 3. Psychosomatic symptoms (physical symptoms and underlying emotional issues); 4. Continuous client support
