I practice multi-modal therapy, weaving relational psychodynamic psychotherapy into the concrete practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am flexible in my approach, as I believe in being client-centered and want to meet you in your very unique and specific needs.
