I'm a relationally-oriented therapist with advanced psychoanalytic training, working with adults and adolescents (13+) from diverse backgrounds who've made NYC their home. I work with college students, young professionals, artists and creatives, entrepreneurs, LGBTQ+ individuals, and expats in both individual and group psychotherapy. The people I see are generally interested in both deep self-exploration and symptom relief. I help clients process anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, identity questions, and life transitions, offering the space, security, and encouragement to explore your internal world.

I work collaboratively with clients who are interested in insight-oriented treatment focused on understanding patterns, processing anxiety and depression, exploring identity and self-esteem issues, navigating gender/sexuality questions, addressing trauma, examining existential concerns, and working through relationship struggles and life transitions.

Recruiting New 2026 Young Adult Process Group

Navigating early adulthood—figuring out who you are outside your family, exploring gender, sexuality, and personal identity, academic and career pressures, loneliness, the uncertainty of the future—can feel isolating. This closed interpersonal process group will offer a space to connect authentically with peers facing similar struggles. In group therapy, you'll receive honest feedback about relational patterns you can't see on your own and gain insight into stuck dynamics through others' perspectives. Work through issues in real-time with others, not just talk about them—change happens faster. Weekly 90-minute sessions, Tuesdays 4:30-6pm in Union Square. Capped at 9 participants.
