I help people recover from people-pleasing, perfectionism, and other ways of coping with that uneasy feeling of insecurity in relationships. I know how it feels – I’ve been there too. I know how it feels to feel like you’re holding up the sky and that you must earn your place in someone’s life. And I know how it feels to learn how to let go and say, “no more” and go about creating the life you want, not the one you feel you have to do.
Working with me, you’ll learn to set and keep boundaries, say no, and politely inform others how to interact with you in ways that are safe for you. You’ll grow your capacity to radically love and support yourself as you move through your own healing process. You’ll understand patterns of trauma and coping mechanisms that have developed to keep safe.
I’m not here to fix you because you are not broken. I am here to connect you back to yourself and build self-compassion for your healing. My work is informed by your deepest intention for yourself. What do you want most for yourself? What would your life look like if you had that? This is your invitation to show up, speak up, and be free.
