My office has chill vibes and a grounded atmosphere; giving you space to be real, think out loud, and explore your inner world without judgment. I connect with my clients through warmth, transparency, attunement, and humor. I believe growth happens within the therapeutic frame; a space of trust and presence where attachment can be restored, the nervous system can calm, the brain can rewire and clients can tap into their own inner knowing.
I specialize in supporting clients navigating acute, complex, relational, and developmental trauma, as well as grief and loss. I work closely with adolescents, first responders, men, and survivors of domestic abuse. For clients drawn to somatic practices or spiritual exploration, I offer alternative, gentle ways to address pain or discomfort in the body.
