My style is warm and nonjudgmental. In our work together, we will move between past and present to understand what it’s like to be you. We will look carefully at your struggles, as well as how you love and dream. In time, this knowledge of the self may reduce symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and physical pain.
I am a candidate in adult psychoanalysis at the Contemporary Freudian Society. I have received training in EFT, an attachment-focused modality for couples. I have also been trained in the treatment of eating disorders. I have worked with people of diverse racial, ethnic, religious, gender, sexuality, and class backgrounds.
