I work with individuals, couples, and families on a wide range of life's experiences.
I specialize in life transitions, anxiety, communication skills, co-occurring disorders, depression, resilience, grief and loss, mindfulness, and communication. My style is collaborative and warm, solution focused, and oftentimes philosophical. I believe that a life well lived is well-rounded, connected, and infused with gratitude and joy.
